Our "apprentice wine", which we produce every year together with 14 apprentices at the Hilton Hotels in Vienna. The young ladies and gentlemen work together for a year with us in the vineyard and in the cellar and produce their own wine. The /// RW 14 - Edition Hilton is available at all 3 Hilton Hotels in Vienna. The varietal and regional typical Grüner Veltliner, with the characteristic fruity charm of the Kremstal valley, comes from the location "Kremser Kobl". The approximately 30-year-old vineyard stands on a mixed soil (loess, limestone) and is one of our top locations.
